LIGHTPATH installed on the Levenmouth offshore wind turbine

PhotoSynergy has recently installed its LIGHTPATH fibre illumination system on the 7MW demonstration offshore wind turbine at Leven. The 2 separate looped systems provide additional lighting on the access steps and around the platform at the base of the turbine.

The test turbine facility is operated by The Offshore Renewable (ORE) Catapult.
